Trading Systems Engineer

DRW, a diversified trading firm, is seeking a Trading Systems Engineer to join their Execution Support team in Singapore. This role is crucial for maintaining the stability and efficiency of DRW's proprietary and third-party trading systems, as well as middle and back-office systems. The Trading Systems Engineer will work with various trading teams globally, supporting a wide range of asset classes and markets.

Responsibilities:

• Establish best-in-class production support.
• Ensure maximum trading system availability.
• Troubleshoot trading system production incidents.
• Support core market connectivity.
• Collaborate with traders, DBAs, development, and other teams.
• Build documentation for common procedures.
• Coordinate efforts with other global support teams.

Requirements:

• Superior troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Prior experience supporting high-performance trading systems.
• Prior experience working with FIX protocol and alternative exchange protocols.
• Linux & Windows platform support experience.
• Knowledge of network communications.
• Flexibility in work schedule.
• Curiosity and a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to handle pressure and time constraints.
• Strong organizational skills.
