This role involves leading a team that owns critical components of DRW's software platform, focusing on productizing services that simplify interactions between development teams and infrastructure.The Software Engineer Team Lead will be responsible for people leadership, technical leadership, project ownership, and hands-on development and support activities. They will foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers.
• Engage in hands-on software development and support activities.
• Drive project ownership, including defining requirements and resource allocation.
• Contribute to system and architecture design discussions.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of server-side development experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading engineers in a technical environment.
• Familiarity with system and architecture design principles.
