Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Job Description

DRW, a diversified trading firm, is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to establish and lead an FP&A team. The FP&A Manager will provide strategic financial insights, drive financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to support the firm’s strategic goals and decision-making processes.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of financial principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to create transparent financial models that facilitate executive decision-making.

Role Involves:

• Building and scaling the FP&A team
• Leading the annual budgeting process and long-term strategic planning
• Performing timely and accurate financial analysis
• Developing KPIs, dashboards, and performance management systems
• Partnering with business leaders to evaluate financial outcomes
• Creating detailed expense forecasts
• Ensuring data integrity and accuracy within all financial reporting systems
• Analyzing costs and identify areas of cost savings
• Providing ad hoc financial analysis and reports
• Working cross-functionally with various departments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related role
• Proficient in financial modeling and analysis software (e.g., Excel, SQL, financial reporting tools)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track record of leading; ability to manage multiple priorities and projects concurrently
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting
