Margin Analyst

DRW, a diversified trading firm, is seeking a Margin Analyst to align functional areas and drive strategic initiatives in margin management. The role involves replicating, tooling, and reporting associated with margin.

The Margin Analyst will provide centralized oversight of margin replication, partner with stakeholders to align DRW systems, and drive strategic goals through improved margin calibration. They will enhance treasury offerings, implement ALM optimization, develop what-if tools, and enrich reporting capabilities. The role also includes collaborating on collateral management, improving reporting, incorporating margin modeling into stress testing, negotiating contracts, and providing business line coverage.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in capital markets
• Foundational understanding of asset classes and financing markets
• Proficiency in stakeholder engagement
• Effective project management skills
• Comfort with Microsoft Suite, especially Excel
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, or VBA (preferred)
• Exemplary communication skills
• SIE and Series 99 (preferred)
