Job Description
DRW, a diversified trading firm, is seeking a Global Head of Talent Management to provide strategic HR leadership and drive the employee experience. This role reports to the Global CHRO and leads the Talent Management Team, collaborating with leadership, managers, and employees to evolve and lead an integrated talent strategy aligned with DRW’s strategic goals.Responsibilities include:
  • Delivering expertise and strategic direction in talent management.
  • Partnering with senior leadership and HR to implement talent programs.
  • Leading and coaching the Talent Management Team.
  • Coaching management to promote engagement.
  • Leading career pathing programs.
  • Developing an employee listening strategy.
  • Designing a performance management system.
  • Leading talent mapping and review processes.
  • Developing change management tools.
  • Fostering a high-performance culture.
