Job Description

DRW, a diversified trading firm, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for its Chicago office. The HRBP will work closely with business leaders and managers to achieve firm and team goals related to human capital. This role involves consulting on HR-related initiatives and providing strategic HR leadership to drive the employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Support managers with talent strategies and employee experience.
  • Monitor employee relations issues and provide performance management guidance.
  • Coach managers on performance review programs.
  • Assist with career planning, organization design, and succession plans.
  • Partner with HR teams to develop tools and initiatives for employee engagement.
  • Recommend leadership development and training initiatives.
  • Assist with employee lifecycle management processes.
  • Partner with immigration and compensation teams.
  • Field employee questions on policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct internal investigations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits practices.
  • Familiarity with training and development programs.
  • Understanding of HR metrics and analysis.
  • Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
