Artemeter, DRW - Director of Strategy and Finance

Job Description

Artemeter, a subsidiary of DRW, is seeking a Director of Strategy and Finance to lead the company's investment activities in carbon credit generation and energy sectors. The Director will oversee the strategic direction of the company’s investment activities, focusing on carbon credit generation and investment opportunities across energy sectors.

Role involves:

• Leading the development and execution of Artemeter's investment strategy.
• Building and refining financial models to evaluate potential investments.
• Identifying, assessing, and negotiating strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions.
• Overseeing underwriting processes for investment deals.
• Collaborating with internal teams, including legal, risk, and compliance.
• Providing regular updates to senior leadership on market trends and investment performance.

Requirements:

• 8-12 years finance experience, ideally investment banking, private equity and/or corp M&A.
• Industry experience in energy, commodities, and/or clean energy markets.
• Skills in deal structuring, corp fin modeling, forecasting, and modeling mainly in private market transactions.
