Head of Business Operations

Job Description

DRW, a diversified trading firm, is seeking a Head of Business Operations to join its new blockchain business unit. This role involves optimizing and scaling operations across multiple functions, including business strategy, process optimization, and project execution. The Head of Business Operations will work closely with the executive team to drive growth, improve operational efficiencies, and ensure the seamless integration of blockchain technology into DRW's products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the business unit’s operational strategy.
• Lead and oversee day-to-day business operations.
• Drive efficiency improvements by analyzing processes.
• Implement operational best practices.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure blockchain solutions are effectively integrated.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (10+ years) in business operations, project management, or related roles.
• Deep understanding of operational strategy, process improvement, and business transformation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with operational metrics and KPIs.
• Proven ability to drive change, streamline processes, and scale operations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a startup or fast-paced organization.

DRW offers:

• Annual base salary range of $200,000 to $250,000.
• Eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
