DRW, a diversified trading firm, is seeking a Trading Operations Specialist to support trading desks in London, Singapore, and Chicago. This role offers the opportunity to solve challenging problems and collaborate with experienced traders, researchers, and software engineers to optimize operational workflow.DRW is looking for someone to:

• Act as process owner for current functionality.
• Provide support and advice regarding needed enhancements to technology, workflows, and processes.
• Gain a strong understanding of traders’ individual risk management tools.
• Upgrade and support traders’ tools to effectively utilize technologies and tools that are firm standard.
• Interface with technology to improve tools.
• Adopt, integrate, and promote new technology.
• Gain mastery of the firm’s proprietary systems.
• Handle trade and position reconciliation.
• Perform daily P&L calculation and substantiation.
• Provide operational support for the firm’s crypto asset desk.

Requirements include:

• Working knowledge and experience in crypto.
• Previous experience with Version Control, Git, Python, Cron, Linux.
• 2-3 years of experience in front, middle, or back-office roles.
• Experience working with derivatives is preferred.
• Substantial prior interaction with the front office.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze problems and implement solutions.
