Job Description
Cumberland, the cryptoasset arm of DRW, seeks a Business Development Manager to expand its token liquidity provision business globally. This role is geographically flexible, with a preference for London, Amsterdam, or Singapore. The ideal candidate will source deal-flow, understand the crypto ecosystem, and manage projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
- Sourcing deal-flow from new and existing protocols.
- Developing a network of crypto-native partners.
- Managing projects from initial discussions through onboarding.
- Working with the trading team to design and negotiate agreements.
- Representing Cumberland's brand at industry events.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Sales or Business Development experience within the crypto industry.
- Proven track record in liquidity provision preferred.
- High sense of urgency and self-motivation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven approach to decision making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in English.
