Job Description
Tenstorrent is seeking a Program Manager to lead a semiconductor design engineer training project in collaboration with a government agency. The role involves program planning, budget management, and tracking progress, while ensuring compliance and effective communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Program planning with Tenstorrent in USA and related organizations and companies, execution and deliverables
- Budget management and invoicing of subcontractors and Tenstorrent USA, Inc.
- Manage and track program progress including accounting aspects, identifying risks, issues and dependencies specific to Talent Development Program, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Communicate program status, updates, and challenges to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting the unique considerations and complexities
- Conduct regular program reviews, evaluating performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with government agencies, while accounting for the company’s objectives in mind
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration among engineering and operation teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Exceptional operational skills, with the ability to manage financial transactions to ensure accurate record-keeping for compliance.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong Japanese language proficiency.
- Conversational level of English.
