Staff Field Application Engineer

Job Description

Tenstorrent is seeking a Staff Field Application Engineer to serve as the primary technical contact for customers, focusing on AI/ML software solutions. The candidate will collaborate with application developers and internal teams to implement solutions using Tenstorrent's products. This role is based in Belgrade, Serbia, and is a hybrid position.Role involves:

• Providing expert guidance and support in implementing AI/ML software solutions.
• Collaborating with customers to understand their requirements and develop tailored solutions.
• Designing and architecting solutions for AI use cases, especially Generative AI and LLM applications.
• Deploying applications on cloud platforms.
• Delivering presentations and demonstrations of AI/ML software solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience as a Field Application Engineer, Application Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Architect with AI/ML focus.
• Proficiency in Python, with knowledge of C++.
• Understanding of AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Experience in deploying, training, and fine-tuning AI models.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
