The role involves shaping the company's internal and external brand presence to attract talent, build partnerships, and cultivate employee engagement. Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing brand strategies
• Collaborating with HR to enhance recruitment branding
• Creating content to strengthen counterparty relationships
• Spearheading internal branding initiatives
• Ensuring brand consistency across channels
• Monitoring branding impact on recruitment, partnerships, and employee satisfaction
• Managing online presence and content strategy
• Conducting market and competitor research

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of branding, marketing, or related experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Exceptional creative skills
• Understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Interest in the energy sector and eagerness to learn about energy trading
• Proficiency in design software and digital marketing tools
