Technical Program Manager, SOC & Digital Design

Job Description

Tenstorrent is seeking a Technical Program Manager to oversee the development of chiplets for RISC-V CPU servers and machine learning processors. This role is hybrid, based out of Toronto, ON or Santa Clara, CA.Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans.
• Manage and track program progress.
• Communicate program status to stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative work environment.
• Conduct regular program reviews.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in SOC chip design.
• Strong understanding of chip design process.
• Familiarity with industry standards.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
