Sr. Software Engineer, AI Compiler

Job Description

Tenstorrent is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer, AI Compiler Specialist, to contribute to the design, development, and optimization of compilers for cutting-edge semiconductor products. The successful candidate will collaborate with hardware and software engineers to ensure efficient execution of compiler-related tasks. This is a hybrid role based in Toronto, ON.Role involves:

• Developing machine learning graph compiler
• Benchmarking, analyzing, and optimizing performance of key machine learning applications
• Developing performance analysis and estimation infrastructure
• Integrating the Tenstorrent software into leading machine learning frameworks
• Collaborating with machine learning engineers to define hardware and software requirements

Requirements:

• BSc, MSc or PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science
• Familiarity with common AI/ML models and machine learning operations
• Experience with algorithms, data structures, and software development in C/C++
• Expertise in Python
• Familiarity with machine learning, compilers, parallel programming, high-performance systems, processor and computer architecture is a plus
