Business Applications Manager, IT

Job Description

Tenstorrent is seeking a Business Applications Manager to lead the strategic deployment, optimization, and support of enterprise-level business applications. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and IT professionals to ensure effective implementation of business solutions that drive operational efficiency and support organizational growth.Tenstorrent is looking for someone to:

• Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of business applications.
• Collaborate with department leaders to align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategies for continuous improvement and optimization.
• Oversee the administration and maintenance of enterprise applications.
• Ensure applications are fully integrated and troubleshoot any issues.
• Establish and enforce best practices for application governance, security, and data integrity.
• Manage the planning, scoping, and execution of business application projects.
• Coordinate with vendors for application development, maintenance, and support.
• Develop and manage user training programs.
• Provide ongoing support for application users.
• Gather user feedback and provide recommendations for system enhancements.
• Stay current with the latest trends in business applications and technology.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Analyze performance metrics and application data to evaluate effectiveness.

Requirements for this role include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in managing business applications or enterprise software solutions in a leadership role.
• Proven experience with system implementation, integration, and management of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS etc.).
• Experience with cloud-based business applications and systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Workday).
• Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience in process optimization, change management, and IT governance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of system integration techniques and tools.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiations.
