Tenstorrent is seeking a Business Applications Manager to lead the strategic deployment, optimization, and support of enterprise-level business applications. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and IT professionals to ensure effective implementation of business solutions that drive operational efficiency and support organizational growth.Tenstorrent is looking for someone to:
- Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of business applications.
- Collaborate with department leaders to align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Develop and execute strategies for continuous improvement and optimization.
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of enterprise applications.
- Ensure applications are fully integrated and troubleshoot any issues.
- Establish and enforce best practices for application governance, security, and data integrity.
- Manage the planning, scoping, and execution of business application projects.
- Coordinate with vendors for application development, maintenance, and support.
- Develop and manage user training programs.
- Provide ongoing support for application users.
- Gather user feedback and provide recommendations for system enhancements.
- Stay current with the latest trends in business applications and technology.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Analyze performance metrics and application data to evaluate effectiveness.
Requirements for this role include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in managing business applications or enterprise software solutions in a leadership role.
- Proven experience with system implementation, integration, and management of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS etc.).
- Experience with cloud-based business applications and systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Workday).
- Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience in process optimization, change management, and IT governance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of system integration techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiations.
