Regional IT Manager

Job Description

Tenstorrent is seeking a Regional IT Manager (RITM) to oversee field office information technology systems and operations. The RITM will provide technical expertise, manage IT staff, and ensure smooth IT operations in the field. This role is hybrid, based out of Toronto, ON.Responsibilities include:

• Identifying and implementing cost-effective technology solutions
• Managing IT operations, user support, and onboarding/offboarding
• Handling crisis situations and complex technical problems
• Overseeing IT staff and new office build-outs
• Recommending IT strategies and procedures
• Developing and implementing new IT procedures
• Overseeing infrastructure deployment and maintenance
• Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback

Requirements include:

• Demonstrated ability to manage IT systems and staff remotely and in-person
• Ability to plan and execute technology projects
• Management Skills with demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Degree/diploma in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Experience with Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, JIRA, Confluence, Entra, Azure Active Directory, CrowdStrike, Office365, and 1password
• Proficiency with MacOS, iOS, Android, and Windows 10/11
• Proven ability to work autonomously
