Job Description

Tenstorrent is seeking a Recruiter to join their team and focus on attracting top technical talent in the APAC region, with a particular emphasis on the Japan market. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in driving Tenstorrent's mission to find and hire individuals who will thrive in their unique culture.

The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires. They will collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand hiring needs and priorities, and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire top technical talent in Japan.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Source candidates through various channels.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders.
  • Provide a high-touch candidate experience.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in recruiting.
  • Fluency in Japanese and English; proficiency in a third language preferred.
  • Experience working on a distributed or global team.
  • Ability to thrive in an evolving environment with shifting priorities.
