Cobblestone Energy is seeking a Corporate Brand Specialist to lead its branding efforts in Dubai, UAE. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's brand both internally and externally, impacting talent acquisition, partnership development, and employee engagement. The Corporate Brand Specialist will translate company values into engaging brand narratives to distinguish Cobblestone Energy in the energy trading sector.
Role Involves:
- Developing and implementing brand strategies.
- Collaborating with HR to enhance recruitment branding.
- Creating compelling content for stakeholder engagement.
- Leading internal branding initiatives.
- Ensuring brand consistency across channels.
- Monitoring KPIs for branding impact.
- Managing online presence and content strategy.

Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in branding, marketing, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- Good understanding of digital marketing and social media.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
