Job Description
Google DeepMind is seeking a People & Culture Partner to join their team. This role will focus on supporting the Foundational Research Unit, contributing to projects that build tools and programs to support the company culture. The People & Culture Partner will work with leaders and teams to deliver solutions in areas such as organization design, career development, and leadership capability.

Role Involves:
  • Delivering high impact solutions to challenges including organisation design, career development and leadership capability
  • Partnering and coaching leaders to develop their skills and improve team performance
  • Fostering a culture of continuous learning
  • Being proactive and adaptable, anticipating and addressing challenges before they arise
  • Utilising a data driven approach to partnering
  • Focusing on continuous improvement (Kaizen approach)

Requirements:
  • Substantial experience operating as an HR professional
  • Proven track record of success in leading and developing HR strategies within a fast-growing business environment
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of both the operational and strategic aspects of HR
  • Outstanding understanding of human behaviour
  • Ability to build solid relationships with people quickly
  • Extremely organised and used to working at a very quick pace
  • Proactive and see what needs to be done
  • Ability to effectively navigate ambiguity
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for driving organizational success
