Job Description
Google DeepMind is seeking a Reward Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Mountain View, California. The Reward Analyst will be part of the Reward & Recognition team and will report to a US-based Partner. The role focuses on delivering compensation processes and programs in North America, working closely with business leaders and talent acquisition teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Advising Talent Acquisition on offer negotiations.
- Using compensation metrics and tools to inform decisions.
- Communicating insights to senior leaders.
- Supporting compensation program design and governance.
- Leading compensation projects from design to execution.
- Evaluating and improving compensation program efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in compensation within a tech company.
- Knowledge of the California talent environment and US pay regulations.
- Experience with complex offers.
- Ability to work autonomously and make decisions under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills using Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Google DeepMind offers:
- A competitive US base salary range of $111,000 - $170,000.
