The Business Operations team identifies and executes high-impact projects to drive growth and improve processes, ensuring an exceptional experience for over one million Canadian Shakepay users. What this role involves: - Owning and driving BizOps projects from idea to execution.
- Identifying and prioritizing high-leverage opportunities.
- Breaking down complex challenges into clear steps.
- Partnering cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Finance.
- Facilitating clarity and alignment among teams.
- Communicating insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Mentoring teammates and shaping how BizOps works.
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in a relevant field (consulting, banking, operations at a startup, etc.).
- Exceptional written & verbal communication skills.
- Strong data & analytics skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks.
- Problem-solving skills with structured thinking and creativity.
