G-P is seeking a Senior HR Associate to join their APAC Shared Service Centre, focusing on the Philippines timekeeping process. This role is a one-year contract position.She will be responsible for ensuring accurate timekeeping for customers and their professionals in the Philippines, addressing queries, preparing reports, and maintaining data accuracy.
What this role involves: - Processing and validating timesheet submissions.
- Handling timekeeping-related queries.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborating on system enhancement initiatives.
- Managing mass communications to professionals and customers.
- Reconciling insurance plans.
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Philippines Timekeeping.
- Strong knowledge of local timekeeping laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong reporting and data analytics skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle high volumes of work.
