G-P is seeking a Senior HR Associate to join their APAC Shared Service Centre, focusing on the Philippines timekeeping process. This role is a one-year contract position.She will be responsible for ensuring accurate timekeeping for customers and their professionals in the Philippines, addressing queries, preparing reports, and maintaining data accuracy.What this role involves:
  • Processing and validating timesheet submissions.
  • Handling timekeeping-related queries.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborating on system enhancement initiatives.
  • Managing mass communications to professionals and customers.
  • Reconciling insurance plans.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Philippines Timekeeping.
  • Strong knowledge of local timekeeping laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong reporting and data analytics skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle high volumes of work.
