Job Description

G-P is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will develop and execute email-centric strategies focused on cross-sell, upsell, and retention programs. This role involves leveraging data, automation, and targeted messaging to optimize the customer journey and reduce churn. Collaboration with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success teams is essential to align marketing efforts with account expansion strategies.

Role Involves:

  • Developing and implementing revenue-driving lifecycle programs.
  • Segmenting and personalizing marketing campaigns.
  • Leveraging automation and data-driven insights.
  • Partnering with RevOps, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Testing, analyzing, and refining campaigns.
  • Proactively addressing churn risks.
  • Continuously optimizing messaging and positioning.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or customer marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing successful lifecycle marketing programs.
  • Deep understanding of customer segmentation principles.
  • Strong proficiency in Hubspot and Salesforce.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Significant experience with A/B testing.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
