Job Description
G-P is seeking a Benefits Specialist to manage and optimize global employee benefits programs for the APAC region. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulations, providing expert guidance, and enhancing the employee benefits experience. The Benefits Specialist will analyze existing plans, implement new initiatives, and lead the open enrollment process.
Role involves:
- Managing benefits enrollments and terminations in the HRIS.
- Coordinating with payroll teams for accurate deductions and reporting.
- Partnering with benefits providers and brokers.
- Developing benefit communication materials and conducting training sessions.
- Coordinating open enrollment and wellness programs.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in employee benefits.
- In-depth understanding of employee benefits and applicable laws.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Workday, Google Suite, ServiceNow, Jira, ADP, Salesforce, or Zendesk.
