G-P is seeking a Benefits Specialist to manage and optimize global employee benefits programs for the APAC region. The Benefits Specialist will be responsible for health and welfare, retirement, and pension plans for both employees and customers. This role ensures compliance with applicable country, state, and federal regulations across various locations where G-P operates. As a key resource, the specialist will provide expert guidance on all benefits-related matters.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring accuracy of benefits enrollments and terminations in the HRIS.
  • Coordinating with payroll teams for accurate benefits deductions and reporting.
  • Partnering with benefits providers and third-party administrators to improve plan offerings.
  • Coordinating the design and updating of benefit communication materials.
  • Managing Benefits renewal projects
  • Coordinating the annual open enrollment process and wellness programs.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in employee benefits or related fields.
  • In-depth understanding of employee benefits and applicable laws.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience with Workday and proficiency with Google suite, ServiceNow, Jira, ADP, Salesforce, Zendesk or similar software
