Job Description
G-P is seeking a Benefits Specialist to manage and optimize global employee benefits programs for the APAC region. This remote-first role, based in Indonesia, involves ensuring compliance with regulations, providing expert guidance to employees and stakeholders, and contributing to the development of competitive benefits strategies.Role involves:
- Managing benefits enrollments and terminations in the HRIS.
- Coordinating with payroll teams for accurate deductions and reporting.
- Partnering with benefits providers and brokers to improve plan offerings.
- Designing and updating benefit communication materials.
- Coordinating the annual open enrollment process and wellness programs.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in employee benefits or related fields.
- In-depth understanding of employee benefits and applicable laws.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Workday and proficiency with Google suite, ServiceNow, Jira, ADP, Salesforce, Zendesk or similar software
