Senior Product Operations Manager

Job Description

G-P is seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager to enhance its product-led organization. This role involves using data and insights to improve the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC). The Senior Product Operations Manager will be responsible for frameworks, process, and tool improvements across the Product & Technology organization.This role involves:

• Overseeing and improving the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Collaborating with leaders to design and implement tooling for the planning framework.
• Designing and developing dashboards and reports for insights into planning & execution.
• Providing recurring analysis and insights into operating performance within R&D.
• Evolving the product feedback process to incorporate customer insights.
• Driving alignment with the business to ensure priorities are reflected in the roadmap.
• Establishing and communicating best practices through documentation and training.
• Defining metrics and KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in program/project management, product operations, or consulting.
• Experience establishing partnerships with product and engineering teams.
• Experience leveraging operational data/insights.
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical field.
• Experience with project management software like Confluence, Jira, and Google Suite.
• Experience with analytical tools such as Jellyfish, Tableau, and Heap is a plus.
• Agile Certification (CSM or SAFe Agilist) preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
