G-P, a leading SaaS-based Global Growth Platform™, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative. The Business Development Representative will identify and qualify potential leads, generate new business opportunities, and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for building relationships with prospects.
    What this role involves:
  • Prospecting and identifying potential clients through various channels.
  • Conducting outbound calls and engaging in proactive outreach.
  • Qualifying leads and gathering key information.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies.
  • Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborating with marketing to provide feedback on campaigns.
  • Staying updated with industry trends and market conditions.
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas.
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or similar roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bi-lingual English and German language skills required
  • Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle objections.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the Employer of Record industry, HR outsourcing, or related services is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
