The Business Development Representative will identify and qualify potential leads, generate new business opportunities, and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.Role involves:
- Prospecting and identifying potential clients through various channels.
- Conducting outbound calls and engaging in proactive outreach.
- Qualifying leads and gathering key information.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies.
- Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborating with marketing to provide feedback on campaigns.
- Staying updated with industry trends and market conditions.
- Participating in team meetings and sharing insights.
- Meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or similar roles.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle objections.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the Employer of Record industry is a plus.
