G-P, a leading SaaS-based Global Growth Platform™, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join their fast-growing company. The Business Development Representative will identify and qualify potential leads, generate new business opportunities, and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.Role involves:
  • Prospecting and identifying potential clients through various channels.
  • Conducting outbound calls and engaging in proactive outreach.
  • Qualifying leads and gathering key information.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies.
  • Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborating with marketing to provide feedback on campaigns.
  • Staying updated with industry trends and market conditions.
  • Participating in team meetings and sharing insights.
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or similar roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle objections.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the Employer of Record industry is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
