Job Description
G-P is seeking a Principal Solution Architect to drive the execution of target-state cloud-native architecture for their end-to-end software platform. This role involves leading the design of modern cloud SaaS solutions for global employment and partnering with engineering and product leadership to define the future state of Global Growth Technology. The ideal candidate will ensure architecture consistency, make technology decisions, and perform hands-on work with other architects and engineering team leads to deliver proof-of-concepts.

Role involves:
  • Creating and driving the execution of target-state 1-3 year cloud-native architecture
  • Leading the design and being a subject matter expert for teams delivering modern cloud SaaS solutions
  • Defining and executing software platform security standards and compliance
  • Facilitating Well-Architected Reviews and Threat Modelling exercises

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience driving architectural and design decisions
  • Extensive experience architecting solutions for a Cloud SaaS system, AWS a plus
  • Hands-on experience in composable Serverless-first architecture
  • Working knowledge on application security, key management, data protection, IAM, and cloud network security
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
