Cobblestone Energy is seeking a Corporate Brand Specialist to lead its branding efforts in Dubai, UAE. The Corporate Brand Specialist will play a key role in shaping the company's internal and external brand presence, attracting top talent, building strong business partnerships, and fostering an engaged workforce.

The role involves collaborating with HR to create innovative recruitment branding initiatives, crafting compelling content, spearheading internal branding efforts, and ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies
• Collaborating with HR to revolutionize the recruitment process
• Creating compelling content to strengthen relationships with counterparties
• Spearheading internal branding initiatives to boost employee engagement
• Ensuring brand consistency and excellence across all communication channels

• Conducting regular market analysis and competitor research

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in branding, marketing, or related fields
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Exceptional creative skills with a portfolio demonstrating ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visual and written content
• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media strategies, and current branding trends
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in the energy sector and eagerness to learn about energy trading
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), digital marketing tools, and website design
