Job Description
Acquia is seeking a Technical Account Manager to partner with customers, translate business strategy into technical success, and unlock the potential of Acquia's products. The Technical Account Manager will work across multiple accounts, technologies, and projects, building strong relationships with high-value customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Listen to customers and identify their business drivers.
  • Build platform strategies to achieve customer business goals.
  • Consult on technical and strategic topics related to Drupal and Acquia products.
  • Identify business risks and technical solutions.
  • Connect customers with subject matter specialists within Acquia.
  • Communicate effectively with customers.
  • Balance multiple requests and collaborate with global team members.
  • Advise customers on development workflows, application performance, and security.
  • Provide Drupal expertise.

Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of Drupal experience and a developer background with WCM/CMS.
  • Experience with open source projects and communities.
  • Experience leading a delivery team or architecting solutions.
  • Exposure to enterprise or government delivery environments.
  • Ability to translate technical discussions for non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
