Acquia is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their Customer Success team. This role is crucial in supporting Customer Success Managers, Account Managers, and Technical Account Managers with platform support, program implementations, reporting, and overall deployment. The Business Systems Analyst will focus on improving customer experiences and expanding platform usage to drive value for customers throughout their lifecycle.
Responsibilities include: - Collaborating with the Senior Gainsight Administrator to improve processes.
- Configuring, deploying, and administering the Gainsight platform.
- Monitoring system performance, data integrity, and user activity.
- Developing training sessions for team members on Gainsight workflows.
- Overseeing and documenting Customer Success processes.
- Designing smart rules to analyze customer data and trigger actions for the Customer Success team.
- Staying updated on the latest Gainsight features and tech trends.
Requirements include: - Experience in customer success, Revenue operations, Marketing Operations, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience with project management, business analysis, and problem-solving.
- Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and database management.
- Gainsight Associate Administrator (Level 1) Certification desired.
- Natural curiosity in improving customer engagement and process efficiency.
- 1+ years Gainsight administration experience or related CS/AM program deployments is a plus.
- Experience with Gainsight PX/CS integration is a plus.
