Senior Associate / Associate Marketing Manager

Job Description

2K is seeking a Senior Associate / Associate Marketing Manager to join 2K Asia in Seoul, Korea. This role offers the opportunity to promote AAA titles like Borderlands, Civilization, and NBA 2K to the Korean market. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and operating 2K's social media channels, expanding brand reach, and supporting marketing efforts across the 2K portfolio.Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage 2K Korea’s social media strategy.
• Create integrated monthly plans with KPIs.
• Work with an agency to execute social media strategies.
• Analyze community engagement metrics and social sentiment trends.
• Monitor discussions across gaming forums and social media.
• Provide marketing execution support to the team.

Requirements:

• 3 to 8 years of experience in marketing, PR, or social media in gaming or entertainment.
• Experience in planning and executing marketing and communications strategies.
• Strong analytical skills in interpreting social data.
• Understanding of Korean online communities and influencer marketing.
• Proficiency in Korean and English.
• Experience in operating social media platforms is a plus.
