2K is seeking a Mobile Live Ops Marketing Manager for Japan. This role focuses on engaging with local game communities, formulating strategies, managing content, and maintaining relationships with key influencers. The ideal candidate will have experience in community management, influencer marketing, and social network management, with a strong understanding of the mobile and F2P industry, particularly in live operations of RPG and Strategy mobile games.Responsibilities include:
- Community management of assigned titles.
- Managing 2K's owned social channels.
- Creating and executing internal and external communication processes.
- Conceptualizing and executing community-facing events.
- Coordinating with stakeholders to meet objectives.
- Formulating long-term community growth strategies.
- Revising and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
- Establishing community insights through data analysis.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in game software or relevant B2C content and entertainment.
- Strong community insight, especially in strategy games in Japan.
- Proficiency in using SNS/community platforms.
- Strong knowledge of YouTube operation and algorithm.
- Ability to formulate community strategy based on product insights and market knowledge.
- ROI discipline in community marketing campaigns.
- Data-driven analytical skills.
