Job Description
Wayve is seeking a Payroll Specialist to centralize and manage payroll operations across its global offices. This role is based in London and offers a hybrid working arrangement. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all variable pay components, implementing and maintaining payroll processes and controls, and managing relationships with payroll providers.   • Compilation of payrolls for all countries in which Wayve operates.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of all variable pay components.
  • Implementing and maintaining processes and controls for payroll accuracy.
  • Managing relationships with payroll providers.
  • Ensuring compliance with payroll reporting requirements in each jurisdiction.
  • Reconciliations of pensions and healthcare contributions.
  • Analytical review of payroll spend for management reporting.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of payroll experience.
  • Previous multi-country payroll experience.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Passion for processes and controls.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
