Job Description
Wayve is seeking a Requirements and Configuration Manager to build the foundation for managing requirements and configuration across all its products. The ideal candidate will bring state-of-the-art, AI-first thinking to the automotive industry, helping Wayve deliver automotive-grade quality software efficiently. This role is pivotal in ensuring traceability, compliance, and adaptability of requirements and configuration processes, while supporting the delivery of innovative AI solutions.
The role involves:
- Owning the Requirements Framework for all products.
- Setting up and managing Jama Connect for requirements management.
- Leading the change management process.
- Designing and overseeing the configuration management process.
- Driving efficiency in processes.
- Taking a hands-on role in all tasks.
- Promoting a modern mindset.
Requirements:
- Experience in startups and software companies.
- Hands-on experience setting up and managing requirements tools for automotive SW.
- Ability to oversee and manage change management processes.
- Strong understanding of configuration management, including tool selection and A-SPICE compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex processes while maintaining quality.
- Deep understanding of latest software company practices and tools.
- Knowledge of agile and lean practices for software development.
