Job Description
Wayve is seeking a Tech Lead Manager - Calibration to join their team in London. Wayve is a leading developer of Embodied AI technology, focused on creating autonomy that propels the world forward. The ideal candidate will manage the technical roadmap for calibration, balance operational needs with long-term goals, and align with stakeholders to define SLAs. They will also help scale the calibration pipeline through automation and modularity.

Role Involves:
  • Managing delivery of the technical roadmap.
  • Understanding the long-term production strategy for calibration.
  • Aligning with technical stakeholders to define SLAs for calibration.
  • Increasing automation, monitoring and observability of the pipeline.
  • Increasing the calibration pipeline scalability and modularity.

Requirements:
  • Technical leadership in relevant domain (multi-modal calibration, SLAM, computer vision, estimation).
  • Track record of building and maintaining scalable, automated pipelines.
  • Ability to build technical roadmaps.
  • Team growth and leadership.
  • Interface with product & programmes.
  • Strategic prioritisation and decision making.
