Tech Lead, Fleet Management Tools

Wayve is seeking a Tech Lead for their Fleet Management Tools team. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve business problems through design, UX, and scalable architecture. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in planning, designing, and implementing features for the Fleet Operations offering.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to deliver high-quality software.
• Engage in collaborative design and architecture of features.
• Deliver well-tested, maintainable, and performant code.
• Research and implement prototypes to validate assumptions and technical feasibility.
• Contribute to development and planning processes.
• Review peers’ code to ensure quality and share knowledge.

Requirements:

• Experience with React, Typescript, Rust.
• Experience with MUI (for UI framework), Actix Web (API framework), Swagger.
• Experience with Bazel.
• Experience with K8s.
• Experience with IoTHub/MQTT.
• Experience with ROS2.
• Experience with Envoy.
