Job Description

Commercetools is seeking a Senior IT Application Engineer specializing in Salesforce Sales Cloud to join their team in Munich. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to design, implement, and optimize business solutions tailored to internal teams' needs. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the Salesforce platform is scalable, efficient, and seamlessly integrated.

Role involves:

• Managing, optimizing, and customizing the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform.
• Implementing new software solutions into Salesforce.
• Applying knowledge of CPQ tools.
• Leading and executing Salesforce Sales Cloud projects.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex Salesforce-related issues.
• Assessing the performance of existing Salesforce features and integrations.
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation.
• Acting as a bridge between IT and business teams.

Requirements:

• Professional experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining Salesforce automations using Flows.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications.
• Hands-on experience with connector tools like Workato, Celigo, or MuleSoft.
• Familiarity with CPQ tools.
• Proven ability to design and deploy custom Salesforce solutions.
• Expertise in system integration patterns, including REST APIs and HTTP protocols.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Success in managing Salesforce projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
