Job Description

The company is seeking a Business Development Representative to serve as a crucial link between the Marketing and Sales teams. This role involves cultivating new business prospects through outreach and relationship-building with potential clients. The ideal candidate will leverage prior experience in nurturing leads from marketing campaigns and possess strong communication skills to foster lasting connections with future customers. The primary goal is to drive sales growth and contribute to the company's long-term business objectives.

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring three days per week in the London office.

Role involves:

  • Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns and developing them into sales opportunities
  • Contacting potential clients through phone calls and emails
  • Identifying client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Setting up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
  • Presenting our company to potential clients
  • Engaging with potential clients at our regular industry-leading events
  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market
  • Staying up to date with new products /services and new pricing /payment plans

Requirements:

  • Bilingual - German & English fluency
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration (or similar) or relevant field experience
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
  • Track record of successfully engaging with prospects
  • Experience with Marketing Automation and CRM software (e.g. Hubspot and Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
