Member of Applied AI Engineering Team (Connectors)

Job Description

DevRev is seeking a Member of the Applied AI Engineering Team (Connectors) to develop solutions over the core platform. The engineer will work closely with the Customer Experience team, building the Knowledge Graph by integrating DevRev with other SaaS and non-SaaS systems. This role involves creativity and expertise to shape how AI, analytics, and workflows are used in customers' processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement integrations and automations.
• Integrate DevRev with various systems using ETL and real-time communication.
• Utilize AI, including Generative AI techniques, to solve customer problems.
• Work on semantic search engine fine-tuning.
• Conduct data analysis and build dashboards.
• Communicate with stakeholders and learn new tools.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in integration development in customer-facing SaaS environments.
• Experience in data synchronization across systems.
• Expertise in API integration and third-party SDKs.
• Strong background in scalable architecture and design patterns.
• Proficient in event-driven architectures.
• Strong grasp of secure API practices.
• Deployment experience on serverless platforms.
• Hands-on coding with TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, Go, and SQL.
• 3+ years with unit testing and software reliability practices.
• Experience with Model Context Programming (MCP).
• Familiarity with Generative AI and vector databases.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
