Job Description
DevRev is seeking a Member of the Applied AI Engineering Team (ETL) to contribute to their AgentOS platform, designed for SaaS companies. This role involves developing solutions over the core platform using languages like TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, and Java. The engineer will play a crucial role in building the Knowledge Graph, integrating DevRev with other SaaS and non-SaaS systems through ETL and real-time communication approaches. The ideal candidate will employ their creativity and expertise to shape how AI, analytics, and workflows are used in customers' processes.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement integrations, automations, and customizations.
- Integrate DevRev with other SaaS and non-SaaS systems through ETL and/or real-time communication.
- Utilize AI to solve customer problems, including Generative AI techniques.
- Work on semantic search engine fine-tuning.
- Conduct data analysis, write SQL queries, and build dashboards.
- Communicate and maintain feedback loops with stakeholders.
- Learn new tools and guide customers through critical workflows.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in integration development, including ETL workflows.
- Deep experience in data synchronization across systems.
- Strong in data mapping, transformation, and schema alignment.
- Expertise in API integration.
- Strong background in scalable, resilient architecture.
- Skilled in building resilient integrations.
- Proficient in event-driven and pub/sub architectures.
- Strong grasp of secure API practices.
- Deployment experience on serverless and edge platforms.
- Hands-on coding with TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, Go, and SQL.
- 3+ years with unit testing, automation, and software reliability practices.
- Experience with Model Context Programming (MCP).
- Familiarity with Generative AI.
- Knowledge of vector databases and data embeddings.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
