DevRev is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to oversee the execution of demand generation programs and optimize conversion rates. The Demand Generation Manager will develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness and pipeline growth.DevRev's AgentOS is purpose-built for SaaS companies, connecting end users, sellers, support, product people, and developers on a common platform.
Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize demand generation programs.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Develop and maintain budget and ROI for projects.
- Develop data-informed strategies for audience segmentation and marketing channel orchestration.
- Monitor key metrics at each stage of the funnel.
- Conduct A/B tests to optimize web pages, landing pages, and email sequences.
- Implement creative campaigns across digital channels.
- Allocate budgets efficiently across channels.
- Partner with content, design, and SEO teams.
- Perform competitor research.
- Analyze data to drive outcomes.
Requirements: - Passionate about technology, software, marketing, and demand generation.
- 3-10 years of experience in technofunctional roles.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth company.
- Experience working with content teams.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS company is a plus.
- Good understanding of marketing fundamentals.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and time management skills.
