Job Description
DevRev is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join their revenue organization, supporting a rapidly scaling technology start-up. The ideal candidate will focus on prospecting and nurturing larger named accounts, helping them connect with their customers and find product-market fit. This role involves working closely with customers throughout their lifecycle, from initial concept to technical requirements, implementation, adoption, expansion, and paid conversion.
Responsibilities include: - Building outreach to existing rolodex and new opportunities.
- Managing customer follow-up and pipeline against quotas.
- Collaborating with the Growth team to increase product awareness.
- Nurturing customers to share relevant use cases and gather requirements.
- Guiding customers through implementation plans to drive adoption and paid conversion.
- Sharing feedback and feature requests with the Product and Engineering teams.
- Creating content and refining scripts to support the customer journey.
- Maintaining pipeline data and account information in DevRev's in-house CRM.
Requirements: - 13+ years of experience in an AE closing role within SaaS, IT/B2B technology companies, ideally with CRM Industry Knowledge.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
