Job Description
DevRev is seeking an Account Executive to focus on mid-market clients. This role is 100% remote and based in the USA, with a preference for candidates located in Massachusetts, New York, or the East Coast. The Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting and nurturing larger named accounts, including SMB and mid-enterprise customers, to help them connect with their customers and find product-market fit.

Responsibilities include:
  • Building outreach to existing rolodex and new opportunities
  • Managing customer follow-up and pipeline against quotas
  • Working with the Growth team to increase product awareness
  • Nurturing and following up with customers to share relevant use cases
  • Guiding customers through implementation plans to drive adoption and paid conversion
  • Sharing feedback and feature requests with the Product and Engineering teams
  • Creating content and refining scripts to support the customer journey
  • Maintaining pipeline data and account information in DevRev's in-house CRM

Requirements:
  • 7+ years in a closing role as an Account Executive
  • Proven track record in SaaS, IT/B2B technology companies, ideally with CRM Industry Knowledge
  • Must reside in the New York area
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive and innovative approach to sales
  • Strategic thinker capable of developing and executing strategic sales plans
  • Autonomous and self-motivated with a customer-centric approach
  • Innovative problem solver with leadership potential
