Job Description
DevRev, a company specializing in AgentOS for SaaS companies, is seeking an Account Executive to focus on the SMB market in the US. This role is based in Olivos, Buenos Aires, and requires a hybrid work arrangement, with two days per week in the office. The Account Executive will be responsible for driving business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and working with the Growth, Product, and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Driving business opportunities in the US market for SMB and commercial customers.
- Building outreach to existing rolodex and new opportunities, working with SDRs.
- Managing customer follow-up and pipeline against quotas.
- Working with the Growth team to increase product awareness.
- Nurturing and following up with customers to share relevant use cases and gather requirements.
- Guiding customers through implementation plans to drive adoption and paid conversion.
- Sharing feedback and feature requests with the Product and Engineering teams.
- Creating content and refining scripts to support the customer journey.
- Maintaining pipeline data and account information in DevRev's in-house CRM.
Requirements:
- Experienced Sales Executive with proven track record to SaaS, IT/ B2B technology companies, ideally with CRM Industry Knowledge.
- Experience selling SaaS in the US market or sales background with study/living experience in the US.
- 2+ years in a closing role.
