This role involves shaping the internal and external brand presence of the company, with a focus on attracting top talent, forging strong business partnerships, and cultivating an engaged workforce.He/she will report to Operations team.

• Developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies.
• Collaborating with HR on recruitment branding.
• Creating content to strengthen relationships with counterparties.
• Spearheading internal branding initiatives.
• Ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Establishing and monitoring KPIs for branding efforts.
• Managing and optimizing Cobblestone Energy's online presence.
• Conducting market analysis and competitor research.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in branding, marketing, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Exceptional creative skills with a portfolio.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
