The Director will lead large-scale design initiatives, influence long-term strategies, and develop their team. - 14+ years of product design experience.

- Experience building and nurturing high-performing design teams.
- Strong thought leadership and ability to influence across the organization.
- Exceptional communication skills at all levels, from designers to executives.
